Marc had represented me in a DUI license suspension. I was awaiting my OLL from PennDot and even though I hadn't received my camera card I thought I was ok to drive to my job since my information from Penn dot was on the way. I was pulled over on my way to work and was completely devastated. I am a s...ubstitute teacher and not having a license is very hard With my type of job. I was arrested in the State College area in December 2014. With no one else to call, I contacted Attorney Decker from the Centre County Prison at probably 2-3 am on a Saturday. Attorney Decker came to the prison at that early hour to aid me in accomplishing the necessary steps to be released. When he received my approval application in the mail, Attorney Decker contacted me immediately and explained that I was accepted into ARD and informed me of my next steps. Even now, as I participate in the ARD program, Attorney Decker remains in contact to ensure that I am following the guidelines set out for me, and he has helped me keep track of all of the required paperwork and correspondence to ensure that the charges are expunged at the end of my twelve month probationary period. I have met a number of attorneys in my life and I find Attorney Decker to be one of the kindest, most honest, and candid individuals I have dealt with. If I ever have another legal issue I need to deal with, I will most certainly contact Attorney Decker to assist me in navigating the confusing legal landscape.
