Laura Robbins is an excellent child custody attorney. She was always prepared, responded promptly to any and all questions, and extremely knowledgeable about the 16 points that are addressed in custody cases. Attorney Robbins was extremely knowledgeable of divorce law and she had no concerns with advising me that she needed to consult others on specific issues or providing me with other resources. Honest and compassionate

Laura, has been helping me fo rthe last three years. Mine was high conflict case and she did a great job. She was always available for me and never got annoyed or upset even if I called her with stupid stuff. She was very straight, truthful, well prepared, supportive etc... I had consulted two lawyer...s before her and I am SO glad that I picked her. She has been there by my side and she will always be there for me and her clients. She is a great lawyer and NOT a greedy one that tries to bill you for no reason. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great lawyer.

Review of Laura Robbins November 2015

Attorney Robbins has been handling my divorce for over 1 year. The reason for the long duration is the complexity of the case. The failure to reach a settlement is entirely because of the obstinance of the other side, not because of Attorney Robbins' desire to continue to litigate. The briefs she has... filed have been precise, clear, and persuasive. Probably more importantly, she understands the culture of the Centre County legal system as well as the proclivities of individual judges. She has anticipated arguments both in briefs and in oral arguments. She is quick on her feet. She has been diligent in keeping me informed and presenting options clearly. Finally, her fees are reasonable and she has been fastidious is charging me only for necessary work. I have been thoroughly pleased with her performance as my lawyer.

Pay attention

Ms. Robbins was the lawyer for my custody suit between me and my ex-husband. She was very distanced, didn't show much interest in my case or what was happening. Ms. Robbins didn't even contact me for 2 months, I called and left messages to no avail. It took 2 months for me to get ahold of someone the...re just to find out that Ms. Robbins had dumped my case into someone elses lap. Now my daughter lives with my ex-husband because so much time passed between the last time we had contact and when I FINALLY got ahold of someone to help me. If Ms. Robbins would have just paid alittle more attention to my case I would have my daughter right now.

This is completely untrue. All calls to my office are returned promptly. What may have happened is that this client called my previous employer, MidPenn Legal Services, and was not informed I left that place of employment. This would explain why she was given a different attorney. I was a solo practitioner in my own office until August 2012, therefore, there would be no possible way I could provide another attorney for a client.
