Great Attorney

Elizabeth was very helpful to me during my case. She is knowledgeable, meticulous and punctual with her work. She walked me through each and every step of the legal procedures and supported me until the case was dismissed. Very professional, I would highly recommend her.

Life Saver, Intelligent

I was facing jail time when I retained Attorney Hunt. A friend of mine, who had worked with Attorney Hunt in the past, referred me to her, saying only she could save me from serving jail time, and it turned out that he was right. I was stressed and being too demanding. Attorney Hunt was available to ...pick up my calls at all times, and she was always helpful. She is intelligent, very much knowledgeable, passionate and punctual. I highly recommend her.

Excellent Lawyer!

My husband and I hired Attorney Hunt for a case against our borough. Attorney Hunt went above and beyond for us. She completed her job throughly and with nothing left behind. She was punctual for all court appearances and promptly returned all telephone and email inquires. From the District Magistrat...e to County Court following an Appeal, Attorney Hunt saw us through until the end. I highly recommend Attorney Hunt for your needs.

Had no idea what to do to help me.

She led me on for a YEAR AND 1/2, telling me there was no way I would go to jail because of my disabling injury. I was charged with felony/dui because I hit another car while dui. The other driver suffered a broken leg. I have a broken humeris with radial nerve damage, and do not have full use of my ...left arm. As I said, she kept telling me she was getting house arrest for me. At all the continuances she insisted upon, she would chat with the ADA and probation dept. Then come back to me and tell me there was not going to be a problem getting house arrest. TWO DAYS before my sentencing, she tells me that it doesn't look good, I will probably go to jail. And that is exactly what happened. Once there, the warden started asking me why she didn't have me do this, and why didn't she do that? I was devastated. If a warden knew what she should have done, why in the world didn't she??? And that was when I realized why the judge asked me not once, not twice, but THREE times before he sentenced me if I was satisfied with my attorney's work. Because that would be the only way I could appeal anything. If only I would've understood what he was trying to tell me. He, apparently, could even tell she did not do her job. Also, any paperwork she thought would be helpful (ex. doctor evaluations, PennDOT paperwork, police report, etc), she asked me to get it together. I still don't know what she did for me to charge such an outrageous fee. But my husband and I were really scared, and she sweet-talked us. After my preliminary hearing, standing in the parking lot, she told me not to worry about anything, that she was my lawyer and that was part of her job, to do the worrying for us. We still worried, but she led me to believe so many things that never happened. I suppose if you have a cut and dried case and all you need her for is to stand there and let the court know you spent way too much on a lawyer, then she is probably for you. Seriously, think twice if your case is more than just a simple one. And if you do hire her, don't let her drag things out for a YEAR OR TWO, because that's what she did to me. And after I was sentenced, she would not take my calls, or return them. She ended our attorney/client relationship with an email, and a slightly rude one at that.

Knowledgeable, Experienced, and Tough

Elizabeth helped me out of serious legal issues a few years back. She really understands the law and was able to create a plan that protected my rights and reputation. Let me tell you, she is tough when it comes to defending her clients! By going along with her advice, I avoided an incredible amount ...of hardship and headache. Thanks, Elizabeth!

"I first met Attorney Hunt when she was a young prosecutor. She struck me as someone with a much greater grasp of the law than most attorneys with her experience level. As a prosecutor, she strove for fairness. As a former law clerk and English major, she is very good at legal research and writing. When I have a case involving co-defendants, which creates a conflict of interest, I refer the other defendant to Attorney Hunt, as I am confident in her abilities."
