Having practiced in the Real Estate Group since joining the firm in 2005, Sean routinely counsels clients on leases, agreements of sale, easements and review of title issues. He works closely with realtor associations and attends an annual seminar on real estate issues.
Working with trademarks, copyrights, and protection of a company’s trade secrets. He assist clients in researching marks, filing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and maintain the mark according to USPTO standards. Sean represents several software developers and assists them both in general corporate ways and in specific licensing transactions with end users, other businesses, and governments. Works with companies to develop their website terms of use and privacy policies
Sean also focuses on commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, presenting at an annual seminar to promote awareness of legal issues to local landlords
