He assist clients in researching marks, filing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and maintain the mark according to USPTO standards. Sean represents several software developers and assists them both in general corporate ways and in specific licensing transactions with end users, other businesses, and governments. Works with companies to develop their website terms of use and privacy policies
