Attorney Despoy took every ounce of worry away from me as he handled each detail of my case to perfection! I received so much more than what he charged me. Personable, easy to talk to, understands the little guy. He is the attorney you want standing by you in that court room!

Very Pleased
Terry has been my attorney in an ongoing child custody case. I found him to do an excellent job. i recently got full primary custody of my 2 kids. He always treated me like a friend, not a client.

Best attorney in Blair County.
Very detail-oriented, knowledgeable, thorough attorney. Does not over charge as some attorneys do. Honest and trustworthy.

Unethical in the worst ways.....
I would rate Mr. Despoy as a man that doesn't care about the wellfare of children, since he doesn't have any. He is more driven by winning a case than what's best for children in "bad" situations. He just focuses on winning, and doesn't care if he wins ethically, or any means necessary. To bad, in hi...
