You are one miserable and degrading dude. What is there to be so angry about all of the time? He is banned from multiple judges courtrooms due to his conduct. This dude deserves to be unemployed and living under a bridge.

DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY
He is very unprofessional and disrespectful. He makes degrading remarks to defendants in child custody cases in the hallway and is an all-around terrible person. His star rating should even be lower than that!

Replied last March 05, 2024I looked back at my client files, and honestly of the 100's of clients I have represented in family court cases, I've never represented a "Kelly" in a custody case. However, I have recently gone up against a Kelly (spelled slightly differently) in a custody trial, and it did get contentious. She was attempting to relocate an hour away with two young children to live with a man she met less than a year ago who recently pled guilty to a domestic violence related offense involving his current wife to whom he is still married. I'd like more context here, but it seems that this person may have thought something I said ON BEHALF OF MY ACTUAL CLIENT was "offensive." That said, in my opinion, in 2024, "offensive" actually just means "anything which is in disagreement what the person wants." This is why Avvo is an extremely frustrating format: anonymous people commenting without having to prove anything about themselves, especially that they were actually a client, before complaining about services they didn't actually receive. However, I'd presume that the many people I have beaten in myriad cases over the years were somewhat "offended" that I beat them too. In fact, I take it as a badge of honor. If you want an unapologetic winner on your side, call for a consult today.

Fighter!!!
I am here to say that Mr. Hills, is a hard working defense attorney. He has been my advocate for awhile now and sometimes we disagree he never let that get in the way of doing his job. Replied last September 12, 2018If I am remembering this situation correctly, the MAIN REASON I did not "fight harder" for same, is that he refused to pay me anything to begin with, even AFTER I went in and talked to the DA on his behalf for free. In short, I WAS NEVER OFFICIALLY RETAINED AS HIS LAWYER! FAIR WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL CLIENTS: I tend to not be a great lawyer when one never pays me to be a lawyer in the first place. Much like West Penn Power is "horrible" at getting people power....when that person never paid to have the power turned on. So, yes, I am "all about the dollar" in an instance when one has paid me NO DOLLARS, primarily because, to do work for people who have never actually engaged my services is a less-than-perfect business model. Again, I am not apologetic.
