did not fight for me
his words are very weak.empty promises.its all about the dollar.he will not fight for you.he bows down to miss district attorney

Replied last September 12, 2018If I am remembering this situation correctly, the MAIN REASON I did not "fight harder" for same, is that he refused to pay me anything to begin with, even AFTER I went in and talked to the DA on his behalf for free. In short, I WAS NEVER OFFICIALLY RETAINED AS HIS LAWYER! FAIR WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL CLIENTS: I tend to not be a great lawyer when one never pays me to be a lawyer in the first place. Much like West Penn Power is "horrible" at getting people power....when that person never paid to have the power turned on. So, yes, I am "all about the dollar" in an instance when one has paid me NO DOLLARS, primarily because, to do work for people who have never actually engaged my services is a less-than-perfect business model. Again, I am not apologetic.

Waste of money
He was a waste of money in a divorce proceeding. Paid him thousands and he did nothing. Then when I replaced him he refused to release my file, then he went as far as to charge me thousands in fees to sign off the case. Moral compass is terrible really,

Replied last September 12, 2018The rules of ethics are clear that, if one has an outstanding balance, one is not owed their file. At current, this person has a significant unpaid balance with my office, thus this person does not have the file. Is Walmart forced to give one things for which they have not paid? If not, then why should I? How do I know that this is the same person? Because this is the ONLY time this type of thing has ever happened to me in six years of practice, so take that for what it is worth. In any event, I love my clients, and I work hard for them. (Heck, this person's new attorney said so on an AVVO review of me lol - check it out) That is, until they steal my work and effort by refusing to pay a bill. Ask around, I am more than willing to work with people on fees, but when one demands like a child a thing for which they have not paid, I will not be kind in response. After all, who is looking for a pushover for a lawyer? I am not apologetic for that fact, nor are this person's four prior attorneys to my count. If one is reading this review, feel free not to engage my services if you are planning on simply using my services, and then stiffing me on a bill. I would rather avoid this ridiculousness in the future. As to moral compass, one only need to go to Butler News on facebook, i.e. the website curated by this person's significant other, to see the caliber of person this is, particularly via the company this person chooses to keep. In short, it ain't pretty! DISCLAIMER: if my name EVER appears on that page in a negative context, I WILL NOT hesitate to engage in all appropriate legal means of engagement to make sure it never does again, and to collect any damages resulting from my presence on the website/page. I WILL NOT be defamed by a sex offender and thief.

Great Job !!!
Came through better than I could have hoped. Really cares about his clients, and so much cheaper than other Lawyers I consulted. I will use him again if necessary.

Hard working caring and diligent. Not afraid to fight for the little guy. Honest. He went way out of his way and did what other attorneys said couldn't be done. We got money we got results.
