Attorney Ferri takes a thorough approach in the representation of her clients. She believes in working for and with her clients, whether it be for settlement negotiations, for a hearing, or for trial. That way, there are no surprises. A client informed with all available options is then well equipped to make the best decisions for their financial future, or in the best interest of their children. With Attorney Ferri you will never appear for a hearing, trial, or any legal proceeding, without being fully prepared. Attorney Ferri will explain the purpose of the proceeding, the exhibits you will utilize, and questions you will be asked. She will make sure you understand the whole process.
As part of that process, communication between the lawyer and client is essential. When a client telephones Attorney Ferri, if she is with another client or in court, and is therefore unavailable, the call will be returned within 24 hours, but almost always the same day. In that regard, Attorney Ferri prefers the personal touch of phone communication rather than e-mail, to ensure a clear and complete understanding with regard to any questions or concerns a client may have. After all, when the issue is the clients children or their financial future, there’s no room for misunderstanding, when there’s so much at stake.
