Greg has been practicing Family Law since 1995 and takes pride in easing the daily stress of clients as they navigate through a difficult time in life. He also has extensive experience in representing high net worth clients in complex divorce and support matters. Child Custody and Support

Mr. Suher is an excellent attorney. He was there for me from day one. Every thing I ask of him he did, never had a judgement against me. He help with lowering my support order and help with getting my child into reunification counseling.The only thing I would have changed would been to hire Mr. Suher sooner than I did!!

Very smart and prepared

I was very nervous about this trial, but Mr. Suher made me feel at ease right away. His knowledge of family law is broad and he was able to understand my issues, and work with me to develop the right game plan for when we went to court. In court, his knowledge and personality were a huge asset. We were able to get a positive resolution to our case. I could not have done it without Greg.

The Right Choice to Protect Your Right to be a Parent

I was referred to Greg by a close personal friend and attorney. Greg did not disappoint, in the first 5 minutes of my consultation, I knew Greg was who I wanted to represent me. Greg is an excellent attorney who truly has an expertise in family law. At every crossroads he was there to explain the process, offer advice and explain the choices we are sometimes forced to make in difficult situations involving family court.. He is the Man

I wanna recommend Mr. Suher for any family court needs, he doesnt hold back and tells you the truth with the matter at hand. I was in a tough jam and when I spoke to him about the case he was forward with me and ensured me that he would do what ever he had to do to get a good outcome. I knew from there he would be the guy I wanted on my side. The outcome was satisfying to me. He will be my guy with any legal needs I may have in the future. I highly recommend him to everybody. Greg helped me keep my son

I contacted Deriso, Deriso, & Suher to file for emergency custody of my son. Greg Suher made time to meet with me that day because of the urgency of the situation. He explained every step of the still ongoing process. All of the evidence in this case is in my favor, but that means nothing without a good lawyer. I feel Greg runs circles around my wife's lawyer, and I am confident things will go my way.

Knowledgeable and Helpful

Greg was very helpful in explaining all information, including options that were available and what would happen next in the process of things. He was available in a reasonable amount of time any time I needed to set up an appointment. And, he was also very personable and made me feel comfortable talking to him during a very uncomfortable part of my life. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Highly recommend to everyone!

Greg handled my husband's contempt/custody/child support hearings. He was honest and direct. I am a constant worrier, but once we finished the consult I knew we had nothing to fear. He handled every aspect of these issues with confidence and constant reassurance to our family. The contempt charges were dropped, our kids are in an arrangment now that is safe, and support was a breeze to get through. My husband was able to keep full custody of his kids, and we now have a reliable attorney to handle anything that comes up in the future. If anyone is leaving Greg a negative review they should reassess their situations... No one is a miracle worker. If you are honest and upfront with him, he will do the same for you, period. We have hired 3 attorneys in the past, and there is NO ONE else I will ever use now other than Mr. Suher!

Fired

While negating what I wanted in custody, he asked for way more causing a Animosity and I ended up not getting what I wanted and had to come up with a different plan. I would not recommend using him at all. Multiple other issues like over billing, when told to not go over a limit. Also did work with spouses attorney when not requested. I wouldn’t use him. Much better out there especially for the $350 an hour rate and charges .4 for 1 email sent..

I fired him.

I hired him when my grandson was left on my doorstep for a long time and he told me that he could get me custody of my grandson. The dad and and his so called wife kept violating the court order and he never got me the money from them he promised that I could get. I fired him over this all. I would never recommend him.

Unfortunately, due to attorney/client privilege, I can't divulge to much. However, public documents, via court filings, would tell a much different story. When this client first came to see me, I was successful in getting full custody of the grandson. I was also successful in having counsel fees awarded on multiple occasions due to the conduct of the opposing party. After a period of time, the client voluntarily agreed to a shared custody arrangement. Unfortunately, the client began to have unrealistic expectations. These cases become very emotional, at times, resulting in social media posts that are full of inaccurate information. Additionally, these types of posts often come about when client owe money and refuse to pay.

Has no opinion or advice

My divorce turned sour and criminal and child services became involved. When I was upset and distraught, he was not a guiding hand. He called me back immediately, but there wasn't any advice and no lay down on what the consequences would be when I desired to take a certain action. The police were giving me more advice than my lawyer was.

Lawyer with unknown abilities.

He never tried to fight for me . All he kepy saying was i can;t win. However when i initially consulted him about my case he gave me the impression that he could help me but after i paid him $650.00 all i heard from him was i couldn't win. Why does anyone need a lawyer if you can't win? What makes it worst is that he didn't even try. i Think he lacks confidence in his abilities or he lacks the knowledge of a good attorney. I felt as though he was on the other side. Maybe he didn't believe i was innocent . he never gave me any representation.

Unfortunately, too many attorney's paint a rosy picture to potential clients in an attempt to get a potential clients money. I feel such practice is unethical. Consequently, I am very upfront with clients on the realistic potential options and consequences of their case. Sometimes, clients do not like to hear the reality of their case when it is negative but a significant majority thank me when their case is completed for telling them "You are paying me to tell you the reality, not what you want to hear....that is the job of your friends, family, etc. I cannot maximize representing your best interests and I am not doing my job if I don't give you both the positive and negative aspects of your case".
