After 4 years of being separated and divorce papers filed I found out that my previous attorney had done nothing on my case. In April the judge stated that nothing had been done on my case for the past 3 1/2 years. Even though the attorney made statements to me that a number of filings and hearings ...were scheduled but at the last minute were cancelled for one reason or another. I fired that attorney and was looking for another. Two close friends of mine used Attorney Farri and said she is a fighter and will work for you. After the interview with her I was given a list of items needed to put my case together. I dug for the next 2 1/2 months securing all information Karen requested to present a through and viable case before the judge. As I have my own business she brought in experts to do the finer details to know exactly what my option were. A hearing had been scheduled in xscdvfbgnmb,.early August of the same year. In less than 3 months all was ready to go before the Master. When going before the Master the hard facts were presented and the divorce was finalized that day. I the husband did not get all I wanted and likewise my ex-wife not all she wanted, just fair and equitable distribution. All of this took place in a three month period. In all honesty the other side was not prepared for closure but we were. Karen meticulously put together a defense that the Master could not dispute, with facts presented including hard copy backup. It was a real ride for those months, most of my time was finding hard copies of all of Karen's requests for exact documentation that was needed. It was a joint effort on Karen to put it together and I to find the information she needed. And a great big shout out to Karen's right hand assistant who keeps everything flowing smoothly Jennifer.
