N. Leah Fink

Attorney Fink was born and raised  in Pittsburgh attending Allderdice High School. She  graduated, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Communications, and earned her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1989.  Attorney Fink has devoted her practice since law school almost exclusively to representing injured and disabled individuals in claims for Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income Benefits and has helped thousands of people to obtain the benefits they are entitled.  She knew early on that she wanted to help the disabled and was lucky to find her practice area. 

 Attorney Fink is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Social Security Section, and is widely acknowledged for her knowledge and experience in the Social Security area. She is often called upon by other attorneys for advice in this field. 

She represents clients in the Western Pennsylvania area: including Allegheny, Washington, Westmoreland, Fayette, Somerset, Cambria, Butler, Beaver, Greene, Lawrence, Venango, Armstrong, Indiana, Clarion and Mercer counties.  She represents clients at all levels of review, including federal court.  

Attorney Fink is a member of the Allegheny Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives, (NOSSCR) which helps her stay current with all of the changes in her field.
