Joanna Pantelis Papazekos

I have been an associate with Caroselli, Beachler, McTiernan & Conboy, L.L.C. since 1995.  A summa cum laude graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Chatham University in 1992, I went on to get my law degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 1995, and I also hold an Elementary Education Certification in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 

From 2006 to the present, I have been named a Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, and have been a Martindale Hubbell peer-rated AV Preeminent for very high ethical standards, legal ability and professional excellence.  I was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania.   

I  focus my practice on Social Security Disability, Social Security Appeals and Supplemental Security Income. My professional memberships include Allegheny County Bar Association where I have served on the Social Security Practitioners Committee since 1995, the Pennsylvania and Federal Bar Associations, Allegheny County Women's Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, and Phi Beta Kappa.
