Difenderfer has won multiple cases for me. He is a great trial attorney. One of the best in Pittsburgh. However, he took one of my cases and insisted that I take a plea deal and outright refused to go to trial. I had to hire another attorney who ended up getting the charges dismissed. He is a ...great litigator ... but takes certain cases fully intending to plea out and convince the client it is in their interest to do so.

He’s a scumbag, took a large sum of money from me and did nothing, he sent a colleague to preliminary court once for me and he actually represented an informant against me in a case while my attorney with the same police, was overheard telling the da “I don’t care he’s going away anyway” his colleagu...e Haberman tried asking if I would cooperate with police. They stated he was testing me and he hates rats. I should have gotten my money back from him as I paid 80% fee for a trial and he withdrew from my case after I saw what was going on and refused to complete payment. RothMan is ok he’ll try for you but the other cheats in that office are all about ur money and could care less what happens to you.
