He’s a scumbag, took a large sum of money from me and did nothing, he sent a colleague to preliminary court once for me and he actually represented an informant against me in a case while my attorney with the same police, was overheard telling the da “I don’t care he’s going away anyway” his colleagu...e Haberman tried asking if I would cooperate with police. They stated he was testing me and he hates rats. I should have gotten my money back from him as I paid 80% fee for a trial and he withdrew from my case after I saw what was going on and refused to complete payment. RothMan is ok he’ll try for you but the other cheats in that office are all about ur money and could care less what happens to you.

I was in trouble for a lot of heroin in 2016 and also on state parole I'm from a small town 2 hrs away my p.o. told me I was getting 10 yrs bill took great care of me I only received 87 days ran with my parole violation and it was only 2500.00 he's the best lawyer in this state I have a lawyer in Aus...tin tx I've used for years when I loved there I have to say bill is the best in pa I'll refer him to anyone who's serious about there case cuz he's ur boy ain't no one better then bill he's a no bullshit man I've looked for him for 15yrs and thank God I finally got him

I was a dumb college freshman 15 years ago who made a bad decision that could have potentially ruined my life. My family hired my first attorney and realizedthat he did not have my best interest at heart/ didn't put in much effort. $5009 later we met with Bill and he worked hard from the beginning...... his knowledge of the law and leveraging was impeccable. He was a decent amount more expensive than my first lawyer, but worth every dollar. I faced several felonies for something that goes on at college campuses more than you would believe. His strategic thinking for jury selection and cross examinations were something out of a movie. I am not in my 30s and a very successful professional with a family - I honestly believe that I owe a great deal of this to him. Thanks Bill - RMU 2003 :)

I haven't had much experience with lawyers, but Bill is not your typical "take your money and RUN" type of lawyer. He is worth every dollar spent. He has never given me false hope. He is experienced and knows his way around the court room. He cuts to the chase, and tells you want is going to happen e...ven if you do not like it. He is always truthful. Without him I would have had a different outcome, and instead of being a functional member of society, I would have been added to the statistical downfall of all other citizens who have gotten into trouble while using poor judgment and haven't been able to climb out of the primordial ooze that is "MANDATORY SENTENCING". He saw me as a person who needed help and not another paycheck, and for that I will forever be grateful!
