I had hired Mr. Mergl for a couple different occasions and every single time he did an amazing job and with me in the past I had problems with communication and with Mr Mergl I never had one problem. One of my cases was an ex falsely accused me of a crime that had happened at an old employer that the...y never found the culprit. She told the police I did it because I left her and she felt if I was in jail I couldn't be with another woman. It was an F1 robbery charge. Because of Mr Mergl when I was accused I never spent one day in jail even though I was on probation because of violating because it had supposedly happened over a year ago. We threatened to take it to trial as there was absolutely no evidence, it was merely on her word. When we went to a call of the list, they offered if I paid for the damage to the door that was broken into that would be what I plead to since at trial it would just be my word vs. her word we agreed it would be the best decision. Long story short when we went to the county court the judge told her she was not even in the same league as Mr Mergl trying to defend herself and to pick her battles and the case was dropped!
