Quick to answer calls and reliable

Phil has been essential to us as we have worked in investment real estate over the last 15 years. He's done two closings for us but more importantly he's been there whenever I have needed him. Just today I needed just a small question answered and called him around 3:15 knowing full well he most l...ikely had a full afternoon and I probably wouldn't hear back until tomorrow. When my phone rang at 4:45, then, I was pleasantly surprised that he was there to answer my question. Nothing beats knowing that someone is there to help when needed. I will always use him for any real estate business that I have.
