Biography
I have been a criminal defense attorney in and around Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for more than twenty-five years. I have successfully helped hundreds of clients who have been arrested for DUI, DWI, weapons offenses, domestic disputes, theft, assault, and internet crimes, as well as a myriad of other reasons.
After graduating from Duquesne University School of Law with my Juris Doctorate in 1987, I joined Rosenberg-Kirshner, a small firm in Pittsburgh, where I tuned my skills as a litigator before deciding to open my own firm, The Law Offices of Gary E. Gerson, in 2001.

BEWARE: Do not pay upfront retainer
Hired Mr. Gerson to handle a driver's license issue. Paid 1500 dollars up front for his services. From that point on I only received one form letter that I signed and returned to Mr. Gerson's office.
