Excellent Attorney

I was injured by a tractor-trailer truck in 2010, and sustained life changing injuries. This case was really a messy one, the company who's driver hit me was from out of state, and on top of that, the company was owned by a Canadian company. So as you can see (read) the suit was not only across state lines but had international aspect also. They certainly had their work cut out for them. Thank goodness for Tom and his wonderful staff, they made this process seem like "no problem". The case took what seemed like a very long time to get everyone on board, seems that the attorneys and companies from other countries don't work or even move very fast. The case finally settled and everything came out just fine. After the settlement I moved to South Carolina, where it doesn't snow or get very cold often. In closing, I was completely satisfied with the zealous job that Tom, Cindy, and Jamie did for me!!!! Thank-you so much for helping me in my greatest time of need!! These "guys" are the BEST!!!!!!!

Excellent Attorney On Your Side

I was injured at work in 2016 at a gas company I worked for and unfortunately they decided to fire me the day before I had surgery. If it wasn’t for Tom Waffenschmidt and his staff I would not know where I would be today, because they handled my case in a professional and timely manner. There is someone out there on your side! Very satisfied!!

We hired Tom in 2012 to assist us in negotiating a settlement with an insurance company after my husband was injured on a close family members property. Tom was great at making sure we knew what was going on, giving us timelines, and keeping our stress level down! After a long 2 years, we finally settled! We wouldn't hesitate to use Tom as our lawyer again, should we ever need him!
