Biography
Attorney Bill Price grew up in rural Edinburg, Pennsylvania. He earned degrees from Mohawk High School, Slippery Rock State College (now Slippery Rock University) and Duquesne University School of Law.
He has been compassionately practicing law in Western Pennsylvania since 1980. In 1984 he founded the law firm of Price and Associates, PC. He is selective in who he represents. If he accepts a case into his office, it is because he believes in the case and his client.
His practice is concentrated in preparing Wills, Power of Attorneys and other legal documents, assisting executors with administering Estates (Probate), drafting Contracts and Leases. A part of his time is spent representing clients with Personal Injury claims and other Civil matters, such as Landlord/Tenant cases or Property Tax Assessment Appeals.
Attorney Price practices out of a street level storefront building in Swissvale, an economically distressed suburb of Pittsburgh. He enjoys being a daily part of the local community and being readily accessible to real people.
Many of the people in the communities he serves are poor. A certain percentage of his work is billed at reduced rates or sometimes done for free. Of course he always must strike a balance between helping people with causes he believes in and yet still being able to pay the bills.
If a person has a legal problem outside of his area of expertise, he usually knows another attorney doing that type of work who he can refer the client to.

Good work cheap
