Biography
Attorney Brian F. Levine founded Levine Law in 2006 following clerkships with trial-court judges, building a nationwide probate and estate-administration practice through strategic relationships with attorneys in virtually every state. His firm is engaged by Pennsylvania’s Department of Human Services to recover outstanding debts and collaborates with class-action firms to probate estates of deceased claimants—whether they passed from natural causes or as a direct result of litigation—in cases including Beirut Bombing, Camp Lejeune, and Roundup. Mr. Levine’s cutting-edge, entrepreneurial style extends to teaching CLE courses on title insurance and real-estate closings and delivering estate-planning seminars to nursing-home audiences. Clients and peers appreciate his goodwill, common-sense advice, and clear communication. A member of the Pennsylvania and Lawrence County Bar Associations, he earned his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law (where he was an honored moot-court participant) and graduated with high honors from the University of Michigan.
