Biography
A third generation Pennsylvania lawyer, Jay N. Silberblatt has lectured on legal topics throughout the state, has authored numerous articles for legal periodicals, employs the latest methods in his case preparation techniques, and is certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Jay is a 1977 cum laude graduate of Allegheny College and received his law degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1980 where he served on the Law Review.
