PFA Success

I highly recommend Spivak Law Firm. I called Tuesday morning with a PFA case pending in six days. Attorneys Todd and Rebecca picked up my call on the first ring, and reworked their schedule to meet with me right away. We were able to obtain a stronger PFA of my own against the plaintiff. I could not ...have done this without their expertise. I felt welcome and important at all times. They care about you and are here to help you. The flat fee was very reasonable and my emails were always answered right away. My PFA case against me was successfully dropped, my record was expunged and I couldn’t be happier.

Excellent, knowledgable and caring attorney

I hired Rebecca Canterbury and Todd Spivak to expunge my criminal record and it turned out perfect. Everything expungable, which was most of it, was erased from record. Rebecca is a very nice, intelligent, and caring attorney who honestly did everything she could do and more. I am very glad I decided... to hire them and would recommend them for any type of legal issue, especially expungement as in my case. I'm sure they will take care of it. They did everything they said they could do.

Child custody

The group of Spivak law firm help with my case of full custody for my daughter along with a last name change for as well. They where very precise and did great work with my case and was always there to answer my questions. We did research to locate a lawyer we could trust to get the job done and they... did so. Very happy with the expeeeince and our outcome.

Great job would highly recommend

Rebecca was very helpful from start to finish. She was professional and available at all times. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy lawyer who genuinely cares about the outcome in the manner.

Rebecca won my child custody case

I petitioned for 50/50 shared physical custody. Rebecca fought for me against a non-compromising ex-spouse. I followed her advice and listened to her every step of the way. Last Wednesday (11/29)after a long battle in family court we won shared physical custody of my son. We couldn't get my ex-spouse... to negotiate to anything. Rebecca was able to plead my request to the judge and get the judge to see the ex-spouse was just being unreasonable. Thanks to Rebecca's tenacity I have the time my son and I deserve with one another.
