Shawn is a very responsive attorney who has helped extensively in many different areas pertaining to my business. He has a wealth of healthcare knowledge and experience, and has transitioned that over to his law practice. He has assisted on many State and Federal levels, from Articles of Incorporation to 501(c)3 applications.

The Woodlands is a non-profit which has owned 32 acres in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. We recently purchased the adjacent 22 acre property to expand our campus. This property has never been developed and has a fair amount of wet lands and environmentally protected areas. Shawn completed an exhaustive title search process, reviewed engineering due diligence reports, met with local government officials to review zoning and permitting questions. Shawn's review and information was timely, complete and very valuable to our review process.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
In the Spring of 2011, Shawn was a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division's Public Service Committee. We worked together as part of a subcommittee that created the Legal Guide for Families in Medical Crisis. Shawn's strong experience in health care was invaluable and helped us tackle a variety of topics for the project. After all was said and done, the LGFMC ended up winning a First Place award from the American Bar Association for public service projects. I can say with confidence that this wouldn't have happened without Shawn's help.
