Beware of this " DUI ATTORNEY "

I hired this self proclaimed " DUI Lawyer" to represent me in a 2018 DUI case that went to trial in 2021. I was extremely disappointed in the representation he provided me. During a hearing when he knew the Police Officer's testimony was suspect, this Attorney refused to attack the Officer's tes...timony. The testimony of the Officer as well as the other witnesses were so suspect that the Presiding Judge found it questionable enough to where he was on the verge of dismissing my case. When the Prosecutor objected to dismissing my case, Attorney Michael Moser did not aggressively push for the dismissal. That caused the Presiding Judge to decide to continue my case so he could further contemplate the facts of the case. The Presiding Judge asked the Prosecutor and my Attorney Michael Moser to file briefs on the case and to submit them to him in a short time frame. Instead of Attorney Michael Moser filing the brief per this time frame while the case was still fresh in the Presiding Judge's mind, he kept asking for extensions to file it. By the time Attorney Moser filed the brief., the Presiding Judge didn't seem remember the facts that made him questionable of case in the first place. At the next hearing on the briefs, the Presiding Judge even asked the Prosecutor and Attorney Moser to refresh him on why we were here. It appeared the Presiding Judge had so many other cases by the time Attorney Michael Moser filed the brief that he had forgotten most of the testimony and facts of my case. It appeared the Presiding Judge hadn't even read Attorney Michael Moser's brief. My Attorney Michael Moser didn't aggressively argue the facts to sufficiently refresh the Presiding Judge's memory and to make matters worse, the Presiding Judge had forgotten the specific facts of the case so much he even convicted me of two of the charges he had dismissed in the previous hearing. Unbelievably, my Attorney , Michael Moser, knew those charged had been previously dismissed and SAID NOTHING to the Presiding Judge. I was in shock! He allowed the previously dismissed charges to go on my record as convictions. Due to Attorney Michael Moser's continual delay in filing his brief, it t led to the Presiding Judge to forget the questionable facts presented in my previous hearing which had originally made him consider dissmissing the charges. I ended up getting convicted on all charges. More surprisingly, even the ones that had been previously dismissed. To my dismay, my Attorney, Michael Moser , DID NOTHING, about it. Further, subsequent to my hearing, there was a higher court ruling that affected my DUI conviction. Again, my " DUI Lawyer", Michael Moser, DID NOTHING. I had to keep calling him to alert him to that ruling because it would reduce the level of the DUI conviction. Again he DID NOTHING. As a so called " DUI Lawyer"' it appeared he wasn't even aware of the new higher court ruling. It got so bad, I had to filed my own pro se motion in court pertaining to the new higher court ruling. Then and only then, did Attorney Michael Moser take any action on my behalf to have the convictions on the previously dismissed charges withdrawn and the DUI charge reduced in accordance with the higher court ruling. Had I not fought for myself and depended on my so called " DUI Lawyer" those previously dismissed charges would have remained on my record as convictions. Further, due to the incompetence of this so called " DUI Lawyer" I ended up with a non- CDL license suspension and disqualification of my CDL License. The above is based solely on my experience with Attorney Michael Moser and this is my opinion of his representation in my case. I fully recommend anyone considering retaining this " DUI Lawyer " to do your due diligence before hiring him to represent you in a DUI case. ESPECIALLY if you have a CDL and your livelihood depends on it.
