Biography
For 13 years I worked in one of the busiest criminal defense practices in Western Pennsylvania, handling everything from minor traffic tickets to Homicide jury trials. I've had my own criminal practice for the past 4+ years. When someone gets charged with a crime it is essential that they have an experienced and knowledgable attorney to be their voice and to protect their rights. I know that when someone comes into my office they are dealing with one of the toughest situations in their life, and I treat each client with respect, care and dignity.
In criminal cases no attorney can promise you a particular result, because there are so many unknown factors. I can say I will do everything in my power to get the best result possible.

Good lawyer if you are able to work with the DA
Really not the best lawyer unless you are willing to become an informant or work with the DA, so basically you have to put your safety in jeopardy in order for him to come out with a win. He won’t fight for you he’ll take the easy way out and take you money

Will never hire again
Was cited under PA 75 § 1575 §§ A Permitting violation of title - Driv While Oper Priv Susp Or Revoked The case threw out after cop did not show up for trial. Owen Seman did not show up for the trial either. Sent his friend instead who knew nothing about the case and was willing to plea.
