I was traveling back to Baltimore from Buffalo, New York when I was stopped by the State Police for speeding. I am an out of state driver was pulled over and given two tickets. I was facing several hundred dollars in fines and several points. Mike knew exactly what I was facing and how best to proceed. He appeared on my behalf and successfully negotiated with the District Attorney to allow me to participa...te in an on-line drivers safety program (not normally granted to non-state residents). He also made sure that I knew exactly how to submit the evidence of my completed course so that there were no delays. Everything was satisfied and the courts agreed to dismiss both of my tickets.
