I made the biggest mistake of my life but Todd and his paralegal Janna were there too help me through. The first couple months were nerve racking with court datres and stuff and I was fearing the worst. From hearsay of others experiences I made out pretty well considering three three tickets including two for aggravated dwi, and one for a traffic violation. I ended up with one charge of common law dwi and a minimal fine. I Still have restrictions on my license for 6 months but have heard stories of people paying allot more and getting much more severe results. To sum it up I highly recommend Todd and his crew.

There were several positives about Todd Wisner representing me. Foremost, we eventually were able to have my DUI charge reduced to a DWAI. At times Todd seemed aloof, but his reputation as a good lawyer is apparent. I was offered a couple of pleas, and both times we turned them down. When the third one came, Todd seemed to be satisfied with that one, but I wasn't. Todd then told me what we needed to do to pursue a better offer. We did this, and we got it. I also appreciated that I saved $1,000 by paying for my case up front. Todd's services aren't cheap, but you are paying for his reputation as well as his services. Now, for those of you that (like myself) were in need of a dwi attorney, look no further. This team will go above and beyond the call of duty in your defense. St. Pattie's Day weekend, after a long week of work, my buddies and I headed to the bar for happy hour. I though I was good for the 2 miles home. While giving my friend a ride back, I was pulled over and arrested for DWI. I didn't hit anything or even blow over a .10, but it didn't matter. My life has been turned upside down. It is safe to say this has been the most difficult few month of my life. I've paid and then some. Fines, Suspensions, overdrafts, missed work, being more broke that I thought I could be, and all the while hiding it from my parents. I didn't think I could hit a lower low.
