Biography
Todd J.W. Wisner has been defending DWI exclusively for twenty five years. Our trademark: DWI DEFENSE IS ALL WE DO is based on decades of representation in this field. His law practice is with his father, the Hon. Donald J. Wisner, a retired New York State Supreme Court Appellate Justice.
The law firm of WISNER & WISNER, LLP represents clients in Rochester, Buffalo and the surrounding communities. We have been criminal trial lawyers since 1966. We are available twenty four hours a day at.
Mr. Wisner was the first attorney in New York State to be certified by NPAS at the factory on the BAC Datamaster. He was also certified as a supervisor to test and calibrate the device. Mr. Wisner was also certified in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and as an Instructor in field sobriety testing by NHTSA (the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration).
Mr. Wisner founded and to update both citizens on the DWI laws in the state and lawyers on the state of the law.

Significantly Reduced
Mr. Wisner was able to get my DWI reduced to a DWAI. This cut down on my court fines tremendously in addition to avoiding a lot of other hassle that being charged with DWI would bring.
