My fiance was a client of Wisner and Wisner and was represented by Todd Wisner. I made the biggest mistake of my life but Todd and his paralegal Janna were there too help me through. The first couple months were nerve racking with court datres and stuff and I was fearing the worst. From hearsay of others experiences I made out pretty well considering three three tickets includin...g two for aggravated dwi, and one for a traffic violation. I ended up with one charge of common law dwi and a minimal fine. I Still have restrictions on my license for 6 months but have heard stories of people paying allot more and getting much more severe results. To sum it up I highly recommend Todd and his crew.

There were several positives about Todd Wisner representing me. Foremost, we eventually were able to have my DUI charge reduced to a DWAI. At times Todd seemed aloof, but his reputation as a good lawyer is apparent. I was offered a couple of pleas, and both times we turned them down. When the thi...rd one came, Todd seemed to be satisfied with that one, but I wasn't. Todd then told me what we needed to do to pursue a better offer. We did this, and we got it. I also appreciated that I saved $1,000 by paying for my case up front. Todd's services aren't cheap, but you are paying for his reputation as well as his services. Janna from his office was amazing throughout the entire process.

Todd Wisner and his team, specifically Janna, did a tremendous job throughout the 20 months of my ongoing case. Todd was clear in his recommendations for how we proceeded and made sure I was aligned with his thinking and approach to winning my case. Janna did a fantastic job communicating with me, ...managing emotions when things were stressful and being a confidant that let me vent when needed. Todd is incredibly knowledgable in his space and I had complete faith in his abilities to lead a successful case. Alas, we were victorious and I was cleared of all charges.
