Over ten years of service, he held various roles and achieved the rank of Operations Specialist 1st Class. He served in Baghdad, Iraq, and Bahrain, earning accolades such as the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and numerous personal and campaign medals.
After his military service, Matthew pursued his passion for history, earning a Bachelor’s Degree from Syracuse University. He then pursued his Juris Doctorate at Albany Law School, and entered the practice of law. Matt is currently licensed to practice law in New York State and the Northern District of New York.
