Who's highly regarded by their peers, and their past success and trial experiences show when interacting with other litigators, prosecutors, judges and others in the courtroom... 8. Who’s fees were reasonable, and could provide enough value to justify the costs of hiring a lawyer… Originally, I was hoping that I could find a lawyer that provide half of the factors I considered… Thankfully Tom Splain provided ALL of those factors… Tom exceeded all of my expectations, and has become not just an attorney I used once a long time ago, he’s someone I now have as a valuable resource for the rest of my life.
