I most highly recommend Dave Hoffmann to anyone who wants to understand what they are going through and how their decision will impact the rest of their lives. Dave explained to me that he has worked as a prosecuting attorney before and understands what "both sides" are looking for in a resolution. Dave is personable, kind, and drew from his experiences as both a prosecution and defense attorney to explain all possible avenues of resolving my speeding ticket before I made a decision. Because of this, I was able to make a well-informed choice that resulted in what I feel was the most favorable resolution possible for my case.

While at UB Law, Dave was a member of the Trial Team which won the National Ethics Trial Competition at University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. In addition to his private practice as an attorney, Dave served as an Assistant District Attorney in Niagara County for five years. Highest Recommendation!

I would like to give my highest recommendation of David Hoffmann. I needed an attorney for a criminal case in Geneseo, NY and he handled my case in a very professional manner. He was reassuring, honest and sensitive to my needs. Mr Hoffmann's familiarity with the local system and his deep knowledge of the law provided me with the best result I could have expected. Divorce Attorney Recommendation

Mr. Hoffmann recently assisted me in a divorce. His communication with both myself and the other attorney involved in the proceeding was timely and proactive. Where I planned on much more expensive attorney fee, I felt the fees charged in the situation were more than fair and the money that was saved has helped with the many important expenses that follow a divorce proceeding. Mr. Hoffmann is pleasant, intelligent and thorough. He provided options as advice, not just opinions. He addressed my concerns and made sure I was aware of how my decisions would affect my life in the future.
