I can’t speak for anyone but myself and I would say this man is one of the best lawyer in the town of Rochester. I consulted with other lawyers my charge was AOL in the 1st, a felony charge, this alone was scary I don’t have a record everyone said they can get it reduce to a misdemeanor. Mr. Splain was different instead of focusing on the charge he worked with me, asked what I could pay towards the tickets, what I needed to do to lift suspensions he just provided his knowledge and guidance.
