Good Lawyer!
I hired Mr.Riotto for my traffic ticket and he was always responsive to my calls and answered all my questions patiently :) He was successful in converting my 5 point ticket to 2 point ticket (would have been better had it been converted to parking). But overall a good experience.

Beware
Took our case never talked with him but initially did but after that all contacts were with his office secretary. Did not do anything but take our money. He represents the police dept in irondequoit and I seen this as a conflict of interest.

Beware
If you don't have the money to pay out of pocket to give this attorney and you have him as your public defender attorney than you must beware of him, especially if he is handling your parole violation incarceration case and if you have already an existing criminal felony and can't pay him privately, ...

poor all around
I hired James several months ago. Paid him a retainer of several thousand dollars. Guy never did a thing. Doesnt have a clue how to treat his clients. Needless to say out my money and still left with unresokved issues.
