Highly recommended

Wonderful service and amazing results! I had a very large traffic ticket from 2014 that Mr.Riotto got dismissed! Every staff member that reached out to me was kind and courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer, also his rates are completely affordable!

Great Firm. Great experience!!

I was pulled over doing 50 in a 30 in the town of Pittsford. I contacted this firm and from the outset, they were incredible to work with. Jim and his team, especially Nicole, kept me informed and answered all of my questions throughout this whole ordeal. I am very satisfied with everything they w...ere able to do for me. A clean driving record, in my line of work, is extremely important and they kept that intact. I highly recommend Jim and his team.

The mark of professionalism

Weekly commuting from Boston for a contract at Harris has plenty of stressful aspects and going in court for a speed ticket is more than you would handle. Awesome result

I hired this law office to handle one of my traffic citation of 4 points. They took their time to get me out of it without any penalties and no points. Moreover, No bad driving record. I really appreciate the way they handled the case.

Highly Recommended Lawyer

Pulled over for doing 54/30. I was pretty worried about it as I have been working very hard to keep my record clean and my insurance premium as low as possible. Being an international student with no U.S. person to piggyback on their insurance policy (like what most teenagers and young adults do) mea...ns that you're looking to pay nearly a hundred a month for just liability & several hundreds if opting for comprehensive. Thankfully, Mr. Riotto was able to get my 6-point 54/30 reduced to a 3-point 35/30 and believe me, after doing some research, that's a HUGE difference (when you account for the $300 driver responsibility assessment, heftier fine & a guaranteed spike in your insurance premium). Now, as far as I can see, I will need to re-new my defensive driver course (which expires soon) and that should take care of the 3-points. Once again, thank you very much for taking my case and turning the outcome to my favor!
