Traffic ticket

We hired Mr. Riotto for handling my husband's speeding ticket.I have to say that we were very impressed of the immediate response of all the questions and concerns we had.His amazing team of excellent professionals always took our calls and returned emails. They were very helpful and kept us informed... about my husband's case all the time. James Riotto is a competent attorney who always had our best interests in mind and we felt like our case was in very good hands. The outcome met all of our expectations and even more, the ticket was dismissed, and everything was done for the best possible price. We would highly recommend the Law Office of James L. Excellent Legal Practice

The Law Office of James Riotto is great! The staff is very amiable, knowledgeable, and prompt! In my experience, they were very respectful and aimed to keep me well informed about the process. Overall, everything was simple and straight to the point. They fill you in on the process, inform you of ev...erything they will need in order to get the job done, you fill out the retainer agreement, give them the required information, and like clockwork things get done. I'm very pleased with the result of choosing to work with them and I would recommend them to anyone in need of legal counsel.

Excellence in Business Ethics and Professionalism

I was denied employment two days before my projected start date due to having too many violations on my driving record to be eligible. Desperate, I reached out to a hand full of traffic offices in the Rochester area only to be told there was nothing that could be done. Within 30 minutes of calling th...e law office of James Riotto, I was contacted by Lindsey Pieper. After explaining my situation to her, she immediately informed me of what could be done. Knowing my short time frame she quickly put the plan of action into place. In a matter of one week she helped resolve my case and clear up the restrictions on my driving record to make me eligible for employment again. I couldn't be more thankful for what Lindsey was able to do for me. I was blown away by her professionalism and knowledge of the traffic system. She was very reliable throughout the process by staying in constant contact with me and always responding to my questions and concerns in a timely manner to reassure our progress. World Class Customer Service

I can't say it enough, the customer service and communication skills upheld by this office are beyond impressive.
