perfect choice!

Mr Riotto is really professional. He did a perfect job in appealing my speeding ticket. Before I contacted his office, I thought there would be hundreds of fine and 4 points loss in my driving record, which would incur a huge increase in my car insurance. To my surprise he successfully reduced the ti...cket to a non-moving violation so that there's no point loss at all and I only need to less than $200 for the whole ticket. The result is incredible and I felt really excited! In addition, the service was also great. I was well-informed during the whole process and Mr Riotto kept updating the case even during the weekend! I do appreciate his excellent work and will highly recommend him to whoever in need : )

TVB operating an electronic device ticket

I received a ticket for operating an electronic device in the city of Rochester. I was told the chances of getting a dismissal or reduction of charges with the TVB were very small if not impossible. I hired Mr. Riotto on the outside chance that he could help me. The staff was very responsive and he...lpful.. Result the ticket was dismissed.. I am very happy with the result and recommend Mr Riotto and his office very highly.. I am so glad I called!

High recommendation

Mr Riotto has the contacts needed due to his previous law enforcement experience. He handled a very difficult family matter, where false accusations were made. Not only was a serious felony charged against me, it was dismissed. I highly recommend him whether it be a traffic ticket or a very serious ...criminal charge. His fee was lower than a previous well known attorney I worked with before.

Great lawyer, and a great outcome!!

I contacted Jim because I received a cell phone ticket in the City of Rochester, when I was not on my cell phone. I gave Jim my cell phone records, and he was able to defend my case in court, and my case was dismissed!! He was great to work with. I always felt confident that he would do everything he... could to help me with my case.

Above and Beyond!

I got into a motorcycle accident and faced three traffic violations including speeding. With the help of Mr. Riotto and his incredible team I got two of the charges dropped and my speeding ticket reduced. I was very satisfied with the results. Mr. Riotto and his team were very helpful and actually ca...red about my case.
