Charge dismissed!

My Charge was Dismissed due to the knowledge, expertise and professionalism by Mr.James Riotto and his team. From October 2020 the odds were not in my favor due to the courts. Mr. Riotto’s ability to break down what was occurring and how strong of a defense we had encouraged me to keep fighting. With... the confidence of the team I agreed to an appeal which resulted in my charge being dismissed. I’m extremely thankful for the work they put in and the excellent communication. Over the past 23 months.

Highly recommend

I contacted Mr. Riotto to represent my son in a criminal defense case vs NYS. Not only did he get the state charges dropped, but he also followed up and represented my son in a federal case. I could not be more pleased with the outcome-- what could have been a 15 year sentence became less than 3!!!! ...James and his staff kept me updated every step of the way. Emails were read and answered immediately. He spoke to my son when requested and if he couldn't reach him by phone, he reached out to me to relay messages. For what I paid, I got WAY more and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND James and his team.

Highly recommended!

So glad that I called the Law Office of James Riotto when I needed an attorney. His team was professional every step of the way; they were honest, upfront, and worked very diligently throughout. Bill Swift & Alexis handled the court room like pros, and had several back up plans ready to go should t...hey have been needed. They handled this perfectly every step of the way, and provided a peace of mind when there was a dark cloud overhead. I can't thank them enough, and would encourage anyone who is in need of great, competent lawyers to give his office a call. Thank you to all the staff that helped on my case, leading to a dismissal of all charges.

Definitely hire him

If anyone needs legal help, I would strongly suggest Riotto Law. Mr. Riotto and his team were very helpful throughout the entirety of the time his team worked on my cases. He is one-of-a-kind and helped me a great deal throughout the process. Not being well-versed in the law, I counted on his team to... help get my cases dismissed and they did not disappoint. Anyone in legal trouble or need help with the law this is the place to go!
