Kind, competent, helpful

Everyone I've talked to in this office has always been kind and very helpful. I hired them to help with a speeding ticket and they were able to get it thrown out. I've used them a couple of times now and am very happy with the outcomes and how well they've communicated with me.

Good lawyer in the area

I am glad to have found the Law Office of James Riotto to take care of a traffic violation matter for me and my wife. The stuff is great they communicate well with their clients and make sure they answer them all the questions they have. Me and my wife had about 7 tickets, Mr Riotto helped us reduce ...all the tickets with less fine. Thank you for the help you guys do to the community. I would strongly recommend it.

Made a difficult process much easier

My husband and I contacted James regarding an early termination of probation. James and his team made my husband and I feel extremely comfortable and informed. They consistently checked in with us and alerted us when there were any updates on our case. They fought hard for us and lined us up for suc...cess. Due to the teams hard work and experience we were able to win our case. We can't thank James enough for our pleasant experience in a tough situation.

Professional, courteous and diligent

Great follow up and follow through

I received a speeding ticket in Rochester while traveling from downstate. James Riotto's office helped me from start to finish. Easily accessible. Made me feel confident in the outcome. Very happy to say, no points!
