The Best!!

I am extremely pleased with the service that James Riotto and Lindsey Pieper provided for my son’s speeding ticket. Great Service

Getting a speeding ticket really rattled me after a few years with no points on my license. I located the Riotto firm online and gave them a call. They immediately calmed me down, explained what they could and could not do and instructed me on what records I needed to send them. I was called several ...times with updates and the final disposition, which reduced the charge from speeding (4 points) to passing a traffic signal (2 points). They were also able to get a reasonable fine. The outcome was way better than I had expected. I hope I never have to call them again, but I will if need be.

Exceptional Level Of Service & Highly Pleased with Outcome!

I am very pleased with the level of service that Mr. Riotto and his staff provided. They made the process as painless as possible for me, kept me up to date throughout, and followed up at the completion to ensure that I had all of the information needed. If I find myself in similar circumstances ag...ain, it will most definitely alleviate some of the initial anxiety as know I know what to do: call Mr. Riotto!

Incredibly Helpful

After recieving a ticket for the use of a fradulent license, my actual New York State License was supposed to be revoked for an entire year. Mr. Riotto got the punishment reduced to a 90-day restricted use license, which allowed me to continue commuting to school and working. He was incredibly helpfu...l through the entire process, letting me know exactly what was going on every step of the way. What could have been an extremely stressful situation was greatly minimized thanks to Mr. Riotto.

Great Lawyer

I live in Atlanta, GA and my employer found some outstanding arrest warrants from 7 years earlier when I lived in Rochester. To keep my job I needed to get these issues wrapped up quickly. I did a Google search for attorneys up there and Jim was the first I saw. After speaking with him for just a few... min I knew he was the guy I wanted. It was after lunch on a Friday when I paid him and within 2 hours he called me back with the info I needed and the game plan. Within a matter of days there were conference dates and court dates set up. This dude worked fast. He never made me feel like he was holding back and he never hit me up for more cash. He was straight up the whole time. His staff Michelle, Lindsay and Chelsea were amazing at their jobs and any questions or concerns I had (which were many) were handled professionally and with compassion. I've dealt with dozens of attorneys and have never had one that even came close to communicating the way Jim and his office staff did. Emails or phone calls were returned the same day always. It was easy to get in contact with Jim when I needed him. I was in a courtroom within a couple months of my initial phone call and I walked out with no warrants and I get to keep my job. Jim works fast, takes his clients seriously, has above average communication and knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anybody in Rochester seeking legal counsel.
