TOP RATED NUMBER ONE ATTORNEY

I would highly recommend JAMES RIOTTO as an attorney. He was able to get my speeding ticket dismissed. His communication is excellent and he keeps you up to date on everything. Being an out of state attorney myself, I would say that it is wonderful to have James RIOTTO as part of our profession! H...e is what every attorney should be! Thank you.

OUTSTANDING LAWYER!!!!!

I highly recommend The Law Office of James L. Riotto. He has handled two speeding tickets for me. Lindsey and Mr. Riotto were able to get one ticket down to a parking ticket and the other completely dismissed. These were speeding tickets that would have been 6 points EACH on my license. I cannot than...k Mr. Riotto and his staff for how helpful they have been. Hands down this is the best lawyer you will find.

Speeding Ticket outside Rochester

Received a speeding ticket for 77mph in 65 zone - thought I was unlucky but then found out I was still in probation period for full license so didn't need the points/suspension. Lindsey at James L Riotto's offices contacted me, discussed the case including knowledge of officer that ticketed me and t...hen set about reducing ticket to a parking violation. Lindsey was always very open about progress and ready to discuss any issues. I would recommend James L Riotto's office as being very efficient and worth hiring.

The Best

Last year I was falsely accused of a serious crime. After speaking with Mr. Riotto I knew he would be my best option. I was right. CT resident with speeding ticket

I'd just like to say that James and his team did a terrific job with my case. I received a speeding ticket (going 83 on a 65 speed limit) and being an expat I didn't know how to resolve this as smooth as possible. James and the team managed to decrease my ticket to a parking ticket. The rate of their... service was significantly lower than others so it was a win-win. Thanks for the great service again!
