Very satisfied and highly recommended

I was traveling from my home in Michigan through Rochester to Boston. I got a ticket for speeding near Rochester which I thought was undeserved. I called the Law Offices of James Riotto and was walked through the process or handling the ticket and what to expect. Mr. Riotto called me with the results... and I was very happy. He and his staff were always friendly, informative, and very responsive. I made the right choice and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Best In The Business

When I got an inane ticket for not using my turn signal, Mr. Riotto was the first attorney to show up in an online search of available attorneys in Monroe County, and there's no surprise why. From what I saw, Mr. Riotto was highly qualified and more than capable to handle anything I might need him fo...r. I did a little bit more searching, but it was clear that Mr. Riotto was the best attorney in the area. When the smoke cleared and everything was said and done, Mr. Riotto could not have done a better job. Instead of getting points added onto my license that would drive up my insurance for the next decade, Mr. Riotto got the ticket reduced to a simple, incredibly affordable fine. I am highly pleased with his level of skill and professionalism, and I know in the future that if I ever need an attorney again, I will not hesitate to call Mr. Riotto. When you need an attorney, I hope you call on him too.

James Riotto is readily accommodating, professional, trustworthy and knowledgable. He is great with communication, making negotiations, works great under pressure to meet deadlines and is extremely motivated to resolve any issues to win your case.

Top notch

Jim handled a DWI and several other related matters for my son, and did an outstanding job. Jim kept us well-informed, was very responsive, professional and knowledgable . The outcome Jim achieved was better than we expected, and I would highly recommend his firm! I didn't have to think twice abo...ut where to turn when I later received a traffic ticket myself...thanks Jim!

Expectations Exceeded - Results Delivered

I met Mr. Jim Riotto on a Saturday morning when I needed support and help - from the moment he was immediately available and took my call until the last meeting we had Jim's guidance and professionalism were outstanding. His knowledge and experience are second to none and he is obviously respected in... the court room. Without hesitation or question I would recommend Jim's services to anyone who would need any type of representation. This man is a friend as much as he is outstanding council.
