Professional, Efficient and got the job done

From our initial contact James and his staff were responsive. James was quick to return our phone call and get right on top of the matter. He was able to achieve prompt resolution with the court system without dragging out the case. I would highly recommend James and his staff.

Responsible, Dedicated and Reliable Firm

James Riotto's firm really came through for me when I really needed them. I was pulled over for speeding and tried to explain to the officer that I needed to get to an exit because I did not want t pull over on the side of the road. I received a hefty fine facing 4 points. (First speeding ticket in 2...5 years years). Lindsey Piper was amazing and was able to get my ticket dismissed in court based on my history as well as for the reason that I was very ill. She was very responsive to all my questions and concerns throughout the process and was able to put me at ease. Without James Riotto and Lindsey Piper as well as their team, I would have had my driving record damaged for an incident that was really not malicious. I cannot thank them enough and I highly recommend them.

Happy with the Services

I looked for legal services online and choose this firm based on reviews. They were hired to represent me in a traffic matter, which would have resulted in fines and 4 points. My case took about 12 weeks. I paid a small fine and was not deduct any points. This was the outcome I was hoping for and I ...am happy with the results. Would use this firm and the services again in future without hesitation.

The Best!

I hired Mr. Riotto after my significant other was charged with a Parole Violation. I knew that with my boyfriend's prior convictions he could do up to 2 years in prison for this violation. We were both scared and I felt so helpless in this situation. I searched google for attornies in the area that d...eal with parole violations. Riotto law was the first one that came up. Chelsea answered and I explained everything. She was so nice and I didn't feel like I was being judged at all. She got Mr Riotto on the phone and he was super nice, down to earth , non-judgemental, and told me he would make sure we got the best possible outcome. And that is exactly what he did. There were some obstacles along the way due to my boyfriends past felonies and medical issues, but Mr Riotto never quit on me. Although Mr Riotto and his team work very hard and are super busy, they took the time to return ALL of my phone calls and emails....and I called and emailed A LOT! ;-) His office made what felt like a nightmare to me so much better. Mr Riotto facilitated a transfer to a 28 day program in lieu of any prison time. I can positively say that if I did not hire Mr Riotto, the outcome would have not been good. I ever need any type of legal representation again, I wouldn't want anyone else by my side. Thank you Mr Riotto and your whole team! I honestly can't thank you enough!!!!
