Mark Daniel Hannan

Mr. Hannan is an attorney with experience in areas that include Contract Negotiation, Contract Drafting, Arbitration, DWI Defense, Criminal Defense, Family Law, Estate Planning, and Municipal Court Law. Originally from Geneva, NY, Mr. Hannan’s education led him to the New York City area. He has worked with a number of organizations, some of which include the New York Mets, Sportstars, Inc., the New Jersey Nets and the law firm of Donnelly Ritigstein, LLC. Possessing an unwavering and relentless work ethic, Mr. Hannan graduated Cum Laude from Fordham University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree, and Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. While at Fordham, Mr. Hannan was honored to serve as Editor in Chief of the Fordham Sports Law Symposium, and to have been selected for internships with a preeminent Sports Agency and an Artist Management and Branding firm. He worked with a number of professional sports entities while at Seton Hall. Having recently relocated back to his roots in Upstate New York, Mr. Hannan is excited at the prospect of serving the area in which he was raised, after years of service in the greater New York City area. He is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, their Young Lawyers Section, and is an alumni of the New York Bar Association’s Trial Academy.
