Months into working with Denis, I received an official court document in the mail that stated if I did not complete a court requirement (a simply online course) in SIX days, my case would be CLOSED. I was able to complete this requirement any time after 10/11, and it needed to be completed and submit...ted by 12/11. Denis did not notify me of this requirement one single time, and I even had a video meeting and exchanged emails with him on 10/11! The only reason I was able to complete the requirement online is because of the notice the court sent- NOT because Denis instructed me to. He was made aware of this, and has still not even acknowledged this or apologized.
