MEB

I am beyond grateful for the exceptional legal representation I received from Allison Weber during my Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) process. From start to finish, her knowledge and expertise in military law, particularly in handling medical evaluation boards, were nothing short of outstanding. Th...roughout the entire process, Allison made sure I was fully informed and supported, guiding me through each step with patience and professionalism. What truly set her apart, however, was her keen ability to identify and address the negligence on the part of the United States Air Force Reserves in failing to follow proper Department of Defense regulations. This oversight could have cost me a medical retirement and disability compensation, which would have had a lasting impact on my future. Thanks to Allison’s attention to detail and her proactive approach, she was able to successfully challenge the issue and ensure that my rights were protected. Her skills in military law are unparalleled, and she demonstrated an impressive understanding of the intricacies of the MEB process. Her thoroughness and dedication not only saved me from a potentially devastating outcome but also gave me peace of mind throughout an otherwise stressful time. If you are in need of a lawyer with deep expertise in military law, especially related to medical evaluation boards, I highly recommend Allison Weber. Her professionalism, commitment to her clients, and exceptional legal skills make her a top choice for anyone navigating the complexities of military law.

Military Retirement

Allison Webber is beyond words can explain. She’s a passionate professional dedicated in her field who was thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns. She is also aggressive when needed and put together a 900 page packet with important clinical notes that were missing when compared to the... less than 30 page packet the medical team on base put together. They definitely set me up for failure, but thanks to Allison who knows the law, she worked day and night on my case. I ended up receiving what was rightfully mine and I am now a retired veteran. Something that seemed impossible for me in the beginning, she made it possible. Thank you Allison! I am beyond grateful and pleased with her services and hard work.

Invaluable service member resource.

As an active duty service member that was put into a career ending position by leadership not willing to review the facts and instead act on assumptions, Allison and the Tully Rinckey team went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of appropriately and according to regulation. Where the Army fa...iled, Tully Rinckey excelled. If you are a service member in a compromising position no matter the severity I would highly suggest you contact the TR team and ensure you’re being treated fairly and impartially by your superiors and your branch of service.

Former Spouse SBP

Tully Rinckey PLLC are straightforward, no nonsense attorneys, they don’t waste your time or money. DFAS notified my ex spouse after paying SBP premiums for 17 yrs that was was not eligible for benefits. My divorce attorney never submitted the forms. Allison Weber, PLLC, took our case, collected all ...information and letters wrote DFAS, received a denial letter, and gave us another option to try, which we did and received a response from DFAS awarding SBP benefits within 60 days. I’m totally grateful to Ms. Weber, she’s extremely knowledgeable of Military Law, Federal system and very caring. Thank you, Allison, you’re the BEST!
