Chuck is an excellent, no nonsense lawyer. He did an outstanding job dealing with my ex and her lawyer. I just wish I had found him earlier as my prior lawyers do not compare to Chuck's excellence. I would recommend Chuck for any divorce as he truly know what he is doing and does the job exceptionall...y well!

Mr. Messina has represented me for several years now. He was my third attorney but by far the best which is why I have stayed with him. For a number of years after my divorce I have unfortunately had ongoing matrimonial related legal issues which he has represented me for. He never pushes being overl...y litigious, and he will give you his advice and make recommendations as to what a reasonable course of action should be. He has excellent legal judgement and a tough negotiator, and comes very prepared to court. I have been to court with him regarding three Supreme Court matters before a Judge who has a reputation for being decidedly pro mother (I'm the father), and one Appellate Court matter and I have never lost. He works very hard, is reasonable, and doesn't try to "run up the bill" as I have experienced with the two attorneys prior to him. And he actually returns calls and emails which is a plus! Mr. Messina is an excellent matrimonial attorney and he will not disappoint.

I am not an easy client. My case wasn’t going to be easy either. I was so fortunate to be referred to Mr Messina by a friend who used him for his divorce. My ex did his best to drag this out and Mr Messina met his every argument quickly with professionalism and knowledge. I cannot tell you how gr...ateful I am to him for keeping me on track just as much as he kept the case on track. Responses to my ex’s arguments were made in a timely manner and were extremely thorough. He sat with me in Family court many times keeping me sane and working to get my children their own law guardian. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with this matter and I hope that Mr Messina grows his practice with more attorneys just like him! If you have the need, and I hope you never have the need for a divorce lawyer, Mr Messina needs to be on the list of people you consult with. Trust me, he is worth every penny.
