Mr Messina was very knowledgeable and kept it real! He did not recommend pursuit of my case as he said it was a hit or miss. He seemed straightforward and honest. I would love to have him for representation. I would recommend anyone to at least talk to him and consider him for representation.

Nope, nope, nope....
Failed to file necessary paper work in court and played dumb when I double checked with the court. I gave him another chance, stupidly. When I first talked to him he spent time with me and explained everything. After a few months, he got lazy, rude, and was overwhelmed with too many cases, and DOU...

Replied last August 08, 2017I have never failed to file paperwork. I have not been fired by anyone in the memorable past. I have not double billed anyone and I have never charged anyone for copies of anything. This post is a flat out lie. I challenge this anonymous user to call me or better yet, report these lies to the Bar Association so your issue can be dealt with appropriately. With an investigation. There is no doubt that will never occur. I stand behind my clients, my service and my billing practices. I have never had a complaint about my billing or client service with the Bar Association.
