Mr. Charles Messina is a Rock Star****I was going through a terrible divorce. He was kind and caring and told me he has my back. Mr. Messina has represented me for several years now. He was my third attorney but by far the best which is why I have stayed with him. For a number of years after my divorce I have unfortunately had ongoing matrimonial related legal issues which he has represented me for. He never pushes being overl...y litigious, and he will give you his advice and make recommendations as to what a reasonable course of action should be. He has excellent legal judgement and a tough negotiator, and comes very prepared to court. I have been to court with him regarding three Supreme Court matters before a Judge who has a reputation for being decidedly pro mother (I'm the father), and one Appellate Court matter and I have never lost. He works very hard, is reasonable, and doesn't try to "run up the bill" as I have experienced with the two attorneys prior to him. And he actually returns calls and emails which is a plus! Mr. Messina is an excellent matrimonial attorney and he will not disappoint.

I hired Chuck Messina for a divorce. It was a nightmare. He dragged my case forever by creating false problems and giving me false hope. Charles Messina ended up making thousands of dollars of off me. No concrete results for me. DO NOT HIRE - Charles Messina. What a mistake by having Charles Messi...na represent me in my divorce. Charles Messina did a horrible job and took me for thousands of Dollars of my hard earned money. Do not HIRE!!! and Run, don't walk from Charles Messina.
