Hire Lindsay!

Lindsay is one of the most thorough attorneys we've ever worked with. We had an incredibly successful outcome to our immigration case, and credit it all to her. She's also a lovely person, making the process so much fun along the way.

An Exceptional Attorney for My O-1A Visa Journey

I was first introduced to Lindsay by a friend who had successfully pursued the O-1A and EB-1 visas a few years ago. My initial interaction with her was a one-hour consultation, and it was only after speaking with her that I became truly convinced that applying for the O-1A visa—and working with her—w...as the best path forward. Lindsay is an outstanding professional with decades of experience. She is not only highly knowledgeable but also creative, thoughtful, and resourceful. She took the time to deeply understand my professional background and the nuances of my field, then developed a strategic approach specifically tailored to my O-1A petition. Having navigated other U.S. visa processes before, I knew that the O-1A required a completely different strategy. Lindsay’s expertise and guidance made all the difference, and I am incredibly grateful for my friend’s recommendation. Thanks to her support, I could secure my O-1A visa on time. I highly recommend Lindsay to anyone considering this path!

Excellent Immigration Lawyer

I worked with Lindsay on many different visa applications. From an original O-1B visa, renewals, another O-1B visa, more renewals, and finally a marriage-based greencard—I worked with Lindsay Curcio for nearly 10 years now. She helped me work through the myriad of ways that the system makes it hard t...o just do what you need to do. She always explained everything well and thoroughly and helped me understand what I can do to move things forward when that was possible. Beyond being a great attorney she’s also a great human and wonderful to work with.

Excellent Immigration Lawyer!

My experience working with Lindsay was nothing but positive. I first met with her for a consultation over 2 year ago via to a friend's recommendation. After that I've proceeded to hire her on multiple cases: one TN renewal, one TN amendment and one Green Card Marriage case. All of these cases moved s...moothly and successfully, and I am happy to report that I now have my temporary Green Card. Lindsay is attentive, diligent, helpful, timely and patient. Not to mention friendly and very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend Lindsay's services for anyone looking for a great Immigration Lawyer.

Excellent Attorney.

It is an honor and pleasure to write a recommendation for Lindsay Curcio. I have known Lindsay since 2007 when I sought her services to help me obtain a work visa for the USA. Lindsay was successful in my case and has impressed me with her professionalism, her overall intelligence, and most importan...tly her relentless dedication to attaining her client’s goals. She truly is a legal immigration expert. Coupled with all that, Lindsay has a great sense of humor and an ability to make one feel informed and comfortable with the entire process. Lindsay is a valuable asset to anyone seeking an attorney in this area. I would consider anyone that is fortunate enough to have Lindsey represent them very lucky.

Her seemingly limitless knowledge is matched only by her enthusiasm for her work."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
